WHO CAN RENT THE E-BIKES?
There are no age limits; everyone can rent e-bikes starting from heights of 155 cm.
DO YOU HAVE E-BIKES FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, starting from 8 years old.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRAILERS AND CHILD SEATS?
No, the road code is not so clear regarding people (and not for objects), and we prefer not to provide these accessories.
WHAT TIME CAN I COME TO PICK UP THE BIKE?
From 9:30, whenever you want. If you have chosen to live one of our experiences, we advise against starting around 10 – 10:30.
CAN I ASK TO HAVE THE BIKES DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO MY LOCATION?
Sure. We ask for a supplement of €50 for deliveries within 25km.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST?
The rental cost always includes the necessary equipment (helmet/lock/backpack) in addition to the e-bike, as well as our assistance throughout the duration of the tour, even with van intervention on request or if needed.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE WINE TOUR?
This experience includes 2 stops at wineries with wine tastings included in the cost.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VAL D'ORCIA TOUR?
This experience includes 1 stop at a farm with a light lunch included.
IF I CHOOSE AN EXPERIENCE, WHO BOOKS THE WINERIES FOR THE TASTINGS (wine tour experience) OR THE LUNCH (val d'orcia tour)?
In the Wine Tour and Val d’Orcia Tour, reservations will be made in advance by our staff, and clients will only need to reach the locations at the predetermined time communicated beforehand.

GPS APP
To use our GPS app, it is not necessary to download it from a store; it is enough to use the link provided on any browser and is included in the rental cost.
DO I NEED TO USE MY SMARTPHONE?
Yes: it is necessary to have a smartphone with a data SIM for GPS use and with a charged battery. The e-bikes are equipped with accessories to accommodate the smartphone and personal effects.
CAN I BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN MTB GUIDE?
It is possible to request, as an optional paid service, the availability of a certified guide to accompany clients on the tour. The cost is €150 for up to 4 people + €25 for each additional person (e.g., 6 people €200).
HOW CAN I PAY?
Payments in cash or by credit/debit card or PayPal are accepted.
ARE THE ROUTES DIFFICULT?
The routes take place on dirt and scenic roads outside the trafficked circuit, except for some short connecting sections. They are suitable for everyone; it is enough to have good balance on the bicycle. Based on the chosen routes, they cover an average of 25/35 km, which with electric e-bikes are not at all prohibitive.
URBAN BIKERY is located in Piazza Grande at the highest point of Montepulciano. Already in the first 200 meters, there will be descents to face.
